- 6 eggs
- 1 ½ cups flour(210 g)
- ⅔ cup cocoa powder(80 g)

How to bake Mille crepes cake
- Melt the butter and let it start to brown slightly before making the crepes. Place aside.
- Warm the milk in the same pot. Get rid of the heat.
- Mix the sugar, flour, and cocoa powder in a bowl. Mix in the eggs.
- Add butter and warm milk gradually. Chill.
- Pour 1/4 cup (60 ml) of crepe batter into a nonstick skillet set over medium heat. Tip the pan to evenly coat the bottom. Cook the bottom of the crepe until it starts to brown, then turn it.
